Family Vision Care Center

This morning I called because I was having some vision issues. They immediately fit me into the schedule for that day! Dr Burtch was thorough and explained everything to me. He was very understanding and helped lessen my worry. The front desk person was most helpful and pleasant. Everyone in the office seemed very professional and upbeat. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone! They also have a great selection of frames which I will explore on my next visit in a few weeks.

This is the kindest most helpful staff. They went above and beyond to help us. We are traveling and my daughter lost her contact lenses and they provided us a solution. This type of care and thoughtfulness is totally lost in chain stores. Thank you to them. And if you are local. Go visit! They were wonderful.

Very nice! Comfortable. The dr listened to everything I mentioned . It was overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone. I plan to stay with them as long as I can. Front desk is also so helpful and very easy to talk to.

Dr. Burtch and team are great! They are incredibly thorough, patient, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I always feel confident in their diagnosis and treatment plan. The staff is friendly and the office is clean and welcoming.

Wonderful experience . Dr Birch is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I was very pleased with my exam and the options he suggested. Susan has a state of the art facility that I recommend to all. Her staff aims to please along with a large variety of eyewear to choose from.

I saw Dr. Burtch today and he was very thorough and informative. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Also the girls up front were sweet and helpful from check in to cashing out!

I have been a patient of the Family Vision Center for at least the past 15 years. As one would expect, there have been some personnel changes over the years, but I have always found that everyone I have worked with for my appointments has been proficient, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and highly consultative. They explain things very well regarding procedures and tests that they perform (what’s going to be done, why it’s necessary / recommended, and the outcome and implications). They take the time to assure that any questions I may have are answered, and I always leave feeling that I have a very thorough understanding of what is happening with my eye health. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an excellent practice to consider Family Vision center.

They are always more than accommodating for my son. Answering his 10000 kid questions & allowing him to explore around their office. Like most eye doctors they are normally booking out for a whole month or so however they always seem to find a way to squeeze us in if we have to change an appointment or have an emergency. Every staff member I have met has always been amazing & extremely helpful with any questions.

The frames and lenses available at Family Vision are just superior. The licensed and talented staff made the experience a great one. Superior experience to a big box or mall one.
